Casa Gua­na­ju­ato employs a dynamic team of tal­ented, hard work­ing, expe­ri­enced and mission-driven bi-lingual lead­ers who are pro­fes­sion­ally and per­son­ally ded­i­cated to the edu­ca­tion and empow­er­ment of the Latino and immi­grant com­mu­ni­ties across the Quad Cities region.  Their com­mit­ment and pas­sion inspires par­tic­i­pants to grow, move for­ward, and reach their fullest potential.

	Michael Woods, Exec­u­tive Direc­tor, brings with him over 22 years of non­profit and edu­ca­tion expe­ri­ence that has resulted in high impact social ser­vices that meet the ever chang­ing needs of stake­hold­ers and the com­mu­nity.  Under Dr. Woods’ lead­er­ship, Casa’s expanded focus will increase our over­all ser­vices, pro­gram­ming and skill devel­op­ment, and has already lead to increased fis­cal and pro­gram­matic resources from local, state and fed­eral orga­ni­za­tions. 	Sue Reilly, Human Resources/Finance Direc­tor,  joined Casa in Novem­ber, 2010, and has respon­si­bil­ity for human resources and fis­cal areas. She has an under­grad­u­ate degree from Colum­bia Col­lege in Human Resources and Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion and a Mas­ters of Busi­ness Admin­is­tra­tion degree from West­ern Uni­ver­sity. 	Jeff Cor­nelius holds a Mas­ters degree in Psy­chol­ogy and has expe­ri­ence work­ing in the Men­tal Health arena as a coun­selor. As Direc­tor of Com­mu­nity and Fam­ily Devel­op­ment, Jeff over­sees the pro­gram areas for Casa, a posi­tion he has held since Feb­ru­ary, 2012. Con­tact by Email
	Ali­cia Gomez holds a Mas­ters degree in Edu­ca­tion in Coun­sel­ing from West­ern Illi­nois Uni­ver­sity. As a Bi-lingual Fam­ily and Com­mu­nity Coun­selor, Ali­cia works with indi­vid­u­als and groups in fam­ily areas of mar­riage, rela­tion­ships, par­ent­ing, domes­tic vio­lence, and chil­dren.
