U.S. cit­i­zen­ship is the path to full par­tic­i­pa­tion in our nation. You can vote, travel freely, pro­tect your­self and your fam­ily mem­bers from the pos­si­bil­ity of depor­ta­tion, peti­tion to unite with other fam­ily mem­bers, hold a wider range of jobs, and have access to all of the rights, ben­e­fits, and respon­si­bil­i­ties of a full cit­i­zen of the United States of America.

Immi­grant Fam­ily Resource Pro­gram - The goal of the Immi­grant Fam­ily Resource Pro­gram is to ensure that immi­grant fam­i­lies and other lim­ited English-speaking per­sons in Illi­nois are able to thrive by reduc­ing the bar­ri­ers that low-income immi­grants and their chil­dren face when seek­ing pub­lic ben­e­fits and ser­vices (nutri­tional, med­ical, hous­ing, psy­cho­log­i­cal, child­care, employ­ment) as well as the cash sup­port they need for proper health, well-being and eco­nomic self-sufficiency.
